Intune Mobile Device Enrollment Guide
For Android Devices
1. Install the Company Portal App - Go to the Google Play Store. - Search for "Intune Company Portal" and install it.
2. Sign In - Open the app and sign in with your work or school account.
3. Start Enrollment - Follow the prompts to begin the device enrollment process. - Grant the necessary permissions (device admin, access to storage, etc.).
4. Set Up Work Profile (if applicable) - Intune may create a separate work profile on the device. - Follow the instructions to complete setup.
5. Complete Setup - Return to the Company Portal app to finish the enrollment. - The device will be checked for compliance.
For iOS/iPadOS Devices
1. Install the Company Portal App - Go to the App Store. - Search for "Intune Company Portal" and install it.
2. Sign In - Open the app and sign in with your work or school account.
3. Begin Enrollment - Follow the on-screen instructions. - You may be redirected to Safari to download a management profile.
4. Install Management Profile - Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management. - Tap the downloaded profile and install it.
5. Complete Setup - Return to the Company Portal app to finish the enrollment. - The device will be checked for compliance.
