How to Restore an O365 Mailbox using Microsoft 365 Backup
- In the O365 Admin Console, expand the Settings drop-down menu and select Microsoft 365 Backup
- In the Microsoft 365 menu, click Restore under Exchange
- Select Exchange mailbox content then click next
- Click Add user mailboxes. Search and select the user mailbox you want to restore then click Next
- Select Eastern Time for the timezone, select the date and time you want to restore the account then click Next
- Click Next on the Confirm restore points page
- Select either restore in place or restore to a new folder, then click Next
- In the Review and Finish menu, select Restore user mailbox
You will be able to check the status of the mailbox restore in the Restoration tasks in Microsoft 365 Backup menu
