Accessing Blocked/Permitted in Outlook Web App (OWA)
- Open Outlook Web App, select your user icon in the top right-hand side of the window.
- Then select the Open another mailbox option.
3. In the Open another mailbox window, Type in the Name, or email address of the shared mailbox you want to open then click Open. This will open a new OWA window in your internet browser.
4. Once the shared mailbox is open, click the gear icon in the top right-hand corner next to your user icon
5. In the Settings window, select the Mail Tab
6. Then Select the Junk email tab, from this window you will be able to add email addresses and domains to the Safe Sender and Blocked Sender lists
