OneDrive Sign In and Setup
- Click the Start Key at the bottom left of your screen/keyboard and type “OneDrive”
- Enter the email address associated with your OneDrive account and click “Sign In.”
- On the next page, enter your password.
- After signing in, you will be asked to read prompts that can inform you about OneDrive. These prompts will explain where the files can be found and how you can use OneDrive on your phone.
- Now that you have signed in, you are able to open the OneDrive folder.
- To verify you are synchronizing all your files to OneDrive. Find the OneDrive Icon in your system tray beside the clock on your taskbar.
Open the OneDrive settings
From the Sync and Backup tab of the OneDrive setting menu choose Mange backup and select your Documents, Pictures, and Desktop.
- Verify your files are backed up
Go to Office.com at this link Home | Microsoft 365 (office.com) and sign in.
From the Apps icon on the left menu select OneDrive
Choose Files on the left menu see the files backed up from your computer.
