Exclaimer O365 Groups
For signatures to get applied, the user must be a member of the following O365 groups:
Exclaimer - Mail Flow Group
- This group controls mail flow to exclaimer. Members of this group send mail to Exclaimer. This also tied to the exclaimer outlook plug-in through the integrated apps in O365.
Exclaimer - Default Bridgeway Signature Group
- This applies the Default Bridgeway signature to the user emails.
Company Specific Signatures
American Wind Transport Group
- This signature is dependent on the CompanyName attribute in Active Directory. So, anybody with the American Wind Transport Group in the companyname attribute will get this signature applied.
**NOTE: IN ORDER FOR THEM TO GET THE SIGNATURE, THEY NEED TO BE APART OF THE EXCLAIMER – MAIL FLOW GROUP**
