Open a Ticket
Whether signed in or not, you will see the “Report an issue” card on the IT Portal Home page. Clicking this card will open a new page with a form.
If you are logged in, your email will automatically populate in the “Requester” field. The “Subject” field should be a brief description of the issue you are reporting. In the “Description” field, provide as much detail as you can. If you have done any troubleshooting, it is helpful to include those details. You can also attach screenshots using the “Attach a file” link below the “Description” field.
Users who are not logged in will be required to complete a reCAPTCHA before being able to submit the form. This is a security feature to prevent spam and cannot be disabled.
Ticket Details
Once you have successfully logged activated and logged into your account, you will be able to view the tickets you have submitted, track the status of the tickets and view and send communications from the technician all from within the portal.
To learn more about tickets, see our "Understanding your Tickets" article.
Accessing Knowledge Base Articles (KBs)
IT is constantly working to make information about using our systems and equipment available for you via the portal. Information that is proprietary, requires you to log in. Bridgeway employees must use the "Logging in" section above prior to accessing any articles that contain sensitive or proprietary information.
